The main objective of One Day Yoga & Meditation course is to make student aware with the most important techniques which could be easily learned & performed on daily basis. It helps in keeping away obesity,heart problems,depression,body pains,stress & anger.
This unique One Day course is conducted at student place & its specially designed for busy working people who dont find time to join any classes.It covers the most important (approx 7 to 10) Pranayams,Exercises,Asanas & Meditation technique. After the course student become competent enough to perform the Yoga & Meditation individually.Course Material is also provided after the completion of course.Free Online help is also available for 3 months after the completion of course.
Fees Details-: Varies from 250 Rs to 400 Rs per student (depending on no of students,location & timings).
